Jqk29 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
Please read the following Terms carefully before using the jqk29 platform. By registering or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by all provisions stated herein.
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and jqk29 ("Platform", "we"). By accessing, registering, or using any part of the jqk29 website or app, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms.

Account Creation, Security & User Responsibility
Registration Requirements
- You must be at least 18 years old to register and use the jqk29 platform.
- Each individual is allowed only one account. Multiple registrations are prohibited.
- Information provided during registration must be true, accurate, and up to date.
- You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password.
Security Responsibility
- You are responsible for all activities carried out under your account.
- Do not share your login details with any third party.
- Please notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
- Jqk29 is not liable for any losses resulting from users’ failure to protect their account information.
Platform Usage Rules
Jqk29 users agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes in accordance with Malaysian law. The following activities are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using unauthorized automated software, bots, or any technical methods to access or manipulate the platform.
- Attempting unauthorized access to systems, servers, or other users’ accounts.
- Spreading false information, deceiving, or misleading other users on the platform.
- Engaging in any fraudulent or manipulative activities related to betting, deposits, or withdrawals.
- Using third-party accounts or acting on behalf of others without valid written permission.
- Violating any laws or regulations related to online gambling in Malaysia.
Jqk29 reserves the right to investigate and take appropriate action, including suspending or closing accounts, against any user found violating these rules.
Payment & Transaction Information in Malaysian Ringgit
All transactions on the jqk29 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Users are responsible for fully understanding all payment-related terms before completing any transactions.
Deposit
- Deposits accepted via payment methods approved by jqk29, including TNG eWallet and FPX.
- Minimum and maximum deposit limits are subject to current platform policies and may change.
- Successful deposits cannot be reversed once credited to your account.
- Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment account name matches the jqk29 account name.
Withdrawal
- Withdrawals are processed to a local bank account registered under the same user's name.
- Processing time typically takes 1–3 business days and is subject to verification procedures.
- Jqk29 may request identity verification documents before approving withdrawals.
- Any taxes or fees charged by banks are solely the user’s responsibility.
Jqk29 is not liable for delays caused by banks or third-party payment providers. In case of transaction record discrepancies, jqk29’s system records shall be final except where strong evidence proves otherwise.
Liability Limits, Account Policies & Intellectual Property
Limitation of Liability
Jqk29 is not responsible for any direct, indirect, consequential, or punitive damages users may incur from using or being unable to use the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, data loss, or betting outcomes. The platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties.
Account Suspension & Closure
Jqk29 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or close user accounts without prior notice if:
- Violation of any provision of these Terms;
- Suspected fraudulent activity or system manipulation;
- Requests from legal authorities related to law enforcement;
- Account balance inactivity exceeding the period specified by platform policy.
Intellectual Property
All content on the jqk29 platform, including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, software code, and user interfaces, is the exclusive property of jqk29. Users are not permitted to copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content without prior written consent from jqk29.
Third-Party Links
The jqk29 platform may contain links or references to third-party services such as payment providers. jqk29 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is at your own risk.
Changes to Terms & Applicable Laws
Jqk29 reserves the right to modify or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on the platform. We will strive to notify users via platform or email for significant changes; however, it is the user's responsibility to review the latest Terms.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with Malaysian law. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms shall first be resolved through amicable negotiations. If negotiations fail, disputes shall be referred to the competent courts in Malaysia.
